Introduction

This blog is my attempt to do 3 things:

1. Provide a medium through which I can display some of my work to potential employers.
2. Motivate myself to keep my equity research skills fresh while I search for a job (anything entry-level investment-research related).
3. Talk about one of my favorite subjects: Booze

I chose the alcoholic beverage industry because while writing a 13-section report in school about Diageo complete with financial models and buy/sell decision, then presenting it to a very austere professor who almost failed a classmate for having computer/projector connection problems and not being ready on time I actually had a lot of fun while my most of my classmates trembled.

Finally, I want to apologize to scotch aficionados for calling my blog Whiskey Bull and not Whisky Bull.
